As an Accounts Clerk, you are primarily responsible for supporting Accounts and Finance Department by processing invoices, Daily reconciliations, Accounts Payable & Receivable Functions, Assisting Financial Documents, Support Budgeting and Forecasting etc..
The Ideal Candidate must be a Female energetic team player with great personality and positive attitude towards problem solving. Freshers are also welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Accurate records of daily transactions, process invoices, Bank Reconciliations, A/P and A/R Functions
- Assist Accounting & Finance team in preparation of Financial & Management reports
- Coordinating sales staff / CS teams for their incentive preparations.
- Gather and analyze data for internal use such as Project Costs, Product Costs etc...
- Assist auditing financial documents
Must Have
- Minimum 01 years of experience in similar capacity.
- Advance knowledge in MS Excel (Compulsory)
- Solid knowledge in basic and advance accounting & financial principles and practices.
- Effective communication skills.
- Female age between 22-27 years living approximately 10 km radius.
Nice to have
- Graduate or reading for Bsc / HND in Accounting, finance or similar field.
- Relevant professional certification such as AAT (Completed), CA, CIMA, ACCA or similar reading.
- Previous experience in Odoo or any other computerized accounting environment.
- Strong analytical skills

The ideal candidate will be entitled for following remuneration package and this may vary depending on the candidate profile.
- Basic Salary of LKR 35,500.00
