Business Development Executive  - After Sales (Dept of Air Conditioning) is primarily responsible for Sales initiatives of the Air Conditioning Department and strategically sells our Services while maintaining a positive relationship with our customers. You will be promoting our services to multi-brand units including Residential Air Conditioning, Light Commercial Air Conditioning, Chillers, Package Units, AHUs, Industrial refrigerators, Enclosure units etc...

Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract new clients by innovating & overseeing the sales process.
  • Create positive & long term relationship with clients with regular client follow up.
  • Maintaining client activities in our CRM & ensure excellent customer service. 
  • Combining efforts & fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole. 

Must Have

  • A Team Player with Go-Getter Attitude
  • Valid Driving License (You will need to visit sites & Clients)
  • Computer Literacy (MS Office, MS Excel is a must)
  • Age must be below 30 Years

Nice to have

  • Previous working experience in a similar role or home appliance sale (Freshers are also welcome to apply)
  • Reading for SLIM, CIM or similar qualification with GCE A/L in any stream. 
  • Knowledge in using CRM & G-Suite

Remuneration

The ideal candidate will be entitled for the following remuneration package. This may vary with the level of experience and knowledge in the industry. 

Initial Salary package of Rs .40,000.00 + Rs. 10,000.00 of Target Bonus + Sales Commissions.
