You are primarily responsible for carrying out required services and repairs in Vehicle Air Conditioning systems effectively and efficiently adhering to all the safety standards and manufacture guidelines. Your working place will be at our workshop situated in Wehera, Kurunegala, Sri Lanka.
The ideal candidate must be young energetic team player with excellent communication skills and experience in Vehicle Air Conditioning systems including European, Japanese, Indian and Chinese vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Diagnosis issues in the vehicle air conditioning systems and advise the customer.
- Troubleshooting & carry out repairs.
- Communicating with Supervisor, Other executive teams and client for job updates, changes effectively.
- Documenting Work orders / Assist documentation for invoicing.
- Achieve assigned sales target monthly.
Must Have
- NVQ or Similar qualification in Auto Mobile Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- Minimum of 03 Years of previous experience in carrying out repairs & services including Japanese, European, Indian and Chinese Vehicles
- Must posses the knowledge in Hybrid & electrical air conditioning systems.
- Must be able to use Recovery & Charging stations, Launch Scanners for diagnosis.
- Age must be below 35 Years.

- Knowledge in Vehicle electrical system for troubleshooting.
- Knowledge in spare parts
- Neat & Tidy to maintain vehicles and workplace.
- Knowledge in workplace safety measurements.

Remuneration - LKR 50,000.00
The ideal candidate will be entitled for following remuneration package and this may vary depending on the candidate profile.
- Basic Salary of LKR - 43,500.00
- Attendance Allowance of LKR - 6,500.00 (Must complete Month allocated days).
- Sales Commissions
After completion of probation period of Six (06) Months* you will be entitled for EPF + ETF full contribution from the employer.
