As the Supervisor of the Air Conditioning department you are primarily responsible for leading whole team of Air Conditioning unit combined with Installation, Service and Repair teams coordinating Operation Manager and Client Services team effectively and efficiently. You will be responsible for all installations, maintenance and repairs relating to the HVAC/R systems. Your working location mainly will be Kurunegala but should be able to work in our outstation sites in Kandy, Anuradhapura, Colombo, Negombo and Chillaw regions.
Responsibilities
- Leadership for the Dept. of Air Conditioning with assigning jobs to personnel.
- Review works to be carried out and after completion.
- Oversees repairs and replacements of faulty systems, advice and technical guidance to the technical teams.
- Reviewing Work Orders, Job Sheets, Material usage at sites.
- Conduct the quality checks and health & safety measurements to the technical teams .
Must Have
- NVQ L-05 / 06 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- Minimum of 02 Years of previous experience in similar capacity with overall experience of 05 Years or More
- Mandatory to process the theoretical knowledge and hand on experience in Central Air Conditioners, VRV/F, Chillers, Industrial Refrigerators, Enclosure units etc..
- Ability to diagnose equipment malfunctions and prescribe repair procedures.
- Age must be below 35 Years.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of occupational health & safety measurements.
- Ability to design smaller systems and modifications to existing systems.
- Knowledge in other administration areas including project costing & budgeting.
- Ability to read and understand manufacture guidelines.

Remuneration - LKR 85,000.00
The ideal candidate will be entitled for following remuneration package and this may vary depend on the candidate profile.
- Basic Salary of LKR 60,000.00
- Attendance Allowance of LKR 7,500.00 (Must complete month allocated days)
- Travelling Allowance of LKR 7,500.00 (Pro-rata based on the No of days worked in the month)
- Performance Allowance of LKR 10,000.0 ((Pro-rata based on the No of days worked in the month)
After completion of probation period of Six (06) Months* you will be entitled for EPF + ETF full contribution from the employer.
